WBProduct Introduction of Type Vortex Pump
WB type vortex pump is a low flow (minimum 0.36m3/h) high head (maximum 200m) chemical pump used to transport liquids without solid particles at temperatures ranging from -20 ℃ to+300 ℃, with viscosity not exceeding 5 ° E, corrosive and non corrosive (depending on the material). The main characteristics are high working pressure and use for corrosive organic solvents.

At present, similar products in the WB type vortex pump market generally use external (internal) large spring or corrugated tube mechanical seals for mechanical seals. The former uses a fluorine rubber ring with poor corrosion resistance in its structure, while the latter is prone to slipping when working under high pressure, making its usage situation very unsatisfactory.
In order to avoid the defects in the pump structure (mechanical seal installation form) in the above aspects, our company has established a technical research group and successfully developed the MS series internal self cooling silicon carbide mechanical seal. The sealing structure is a corrugated tube with an enlarged spring outside, and the pump structure has been modified. The assembly method is as follows: first, assemble the bracket assembly and pump shaft, fix the sealing dynamic ring on the pump shaft with thrust screws, install the static ring on the sealing seat, then assemble the pump body, and connect the sealing seat with the static ring to the pump body with screws.
This sealing form has the advantages of compact structure, good safety performance, high pressure resistance, and long service life. If there is inevitable liquid detachment, a water cooling device can be added to the sealing end cover according to user requirements. After adding cooling water, the user can use the product at a temperature of up to 250 ℃. The modified product has been on the market for nearly three years, and user feedback has been very good. The service life of this product is 3-5 times that of similar products, and there is basically no need for maintenance during use, greatly improving production efficiency.

Product Introduction of WE Type Magnetic Vortex Pump
WE magnetic vortex pump is a new type of vortex pump that our company has redesigned based on years of experience in producing W-type vortex pumps. This series of pumps adopts a magnetic transmission structure without a shaft seal, ensuring that the pump can deliver the medium without leakage. Through the use of multiple users, it has been proven that this series of pumps not only has the characteristics of small flow and high head of vortex pumps, but also has the advantage of no leakage of magnetic pumps. Therefore, it is highly favored by users. The overcurrent components of the pump are made of 1Cr18Ni9Ti and 1Cr18Ni12Mo2Ti stainless steel, which can transport flammable, explosive, toxic and other chemical media without leakage.
